About Us
Premier watch repairs has been specialising in the repair of quality Swiss, Japanese and Russian watches from its Bristol based workshop since 2002. Primarliy specialising in the repair of Zenith , Tag heuer, Longines and most other quality brands,all watch repairs benefit from latest technology, timing and testing equipment.
Our highly trained Watchmaker with 20 years at the bench maintains his high standard of workmanship regularly taking part in further new product training seminars in Switzerland and at the BHI in Nottingham.
Our Four Step Watch Repair Process

Premier Watch Repairs want the process of your watch repair to be a no hassle fast, simple and secure service. PWR have a simple form to fill where you can provide us with a description of the watch and its perceived problem which you can fill in here.If you have any questions about our repair process please contact us.
The Watch is Collected
On receipt of your order PWR will contact you either by email or phone to arrange a secure collection of your watch repair via our secure insured courier, either from your home or place of work and return to PWR workshop for a free no obligation evaluation
Watch Repaired
At Premier watch repairs, as soon as we receive your watch we fully strip the movement down, inspect parts for wear, ultrasonically clean the movement and repair or replace as necessary. The movement is then assembled and oiled as required. We also fully ultrasonically clean your watch case and bracelet. When completed the watch is timed in six positions and kept on test for 48 hrs.
Your Watch is Returned
On completion of the watch repair you will be contacted via email or phone to advise you that your watch is ready for despatch. We will then arrange for ANC/Fedex to deliver your watch back to you.
