Free Delivery: Unlike most of our competitors, delivery is FREE (within a 25 mile radius of our store) excluding toll charges.. We use our own vehicles, our own professional and experienced staff - WE DO NOT USE CONTRACTORS.
Hassle Free Environment: We know it's not nice to be followed around a store by an over eager salesperson trying to clinch a sale so they can boost their own pay packet - but customers do appreciate and need the expertise of experienced professional staff to help, advise and answer any queries they may have. That's why our staff are not paid on commission but there to help you when assistance is required.
Ample Free Parking: Our own large car park with spaces reserved for disabled drivers right outside the front door.
Top Class Amenities: Complimentary tea and coffee, customer toilets, baby changing facilities - we do as much as we can to make your visit easier and more comfortable. Special attention for the disabled include ramps, stairlifts and the use of wheelchairs if required.
Real Price Promise: Virtually every store offers a price promise, but when it comes to the crunch they usually try to find an excuse to get out of it. WE DON’T. If within seven days of purchase, you find any item cheaper elsewhere (including additional charges e.g. delivery), tell us and we will match the lower price plus give you an extra 2.5% discount.
Customer Satisfaction: Unfortunately problems with furniture may occasionally occur - we sell thousands of items each year and inevitably even the best manufacturers do sometimes make a mistake. That is why we have a dedicated After Sales Service Team, managed by one of our most experienced and senior members of staff, whose only role is to ensure these mistakes are rectified as swiftly as possible.
