PDS Health is a disease management company that utilizes a proprietary, internet based, health data platform for various disease management purposes. One of these uses is making patient health data available through secure, password protected access. Patients have the ability to permit access to their health data by caregivers designated and authorized by them.
The program is coordinated and managed by Certified Diabetes Educators under the tutelage and supervision of our Director of Diabetes and Patient Education, Ginger Kanzer-Lewis RN, BC, EdM, CDE. The phone center is staffed by over 15 operators and health coaches and other medical or para medical personnel are contracted on an as needed basis. Strategic Partnerships with two medical supply companies and their personnel assist in the equipping of managed patients. Medical Director, Lois Jovanovic MD, directs the clinical aspects of the programs and AACE Board member, Mack Harrel MD, is our additional medical adviser.
