I select you to replace my aging garage door based on your location; however, after the door was installed, I realized I was fortunate to find you.
I requested a standard door with a row of windows and assumed a site visit was unnecessary. After taking measurement, you identified that the windows on a standard door would be too close to the top of the garage door opening and that a door 3-inches shorter,at the same cost, would look better. you identified the options for the various doors and the significance of the insulation ratings. You also identified the alternatives for the roller bearings, the springs, the windows, and the pros and cons of each.
You were right about the nylon bearings; they are much quieter. I also like the way you overlapped the seals. I am very particular, and, I have to say you work is excellent and I appreciate your skill and expertise.
